Despite its low weight the high-tech synthetic fibre, BA FIBRE (BIONIC ARAMID), is extremely strong and heatproof. BA FIBRE will withstand temperatures above 400 C without melting. Due to its extreme mechanical strength, the fibre is primarily used in the manufacture of bulletproof body armour and fibreproof fabrics.

Using a patented 3-D Bionic Sphere system, X Bionic underwear and outerwear is designed and engineered to target zones (like the armpits, chest, and back) and will keep the firefighter warm in cool weather and cool in hot weather.
